Where does the refund go?+
To your balance on the site, ready for your next number. It appears there as soon as the rental closes without an SMS, and you can use it for another number straight away. Contact us if a refund doesn’t show up.
Can I get a refund for a free number?+
Free numbers cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If a free number doesn’t receive your code, pick a fresher one or switch country. For apps that refuse free numbers, a private number is refunded automatically if no code arrives.
